Why are the leads so inexpensive?
We generate large volumes of time sensitive leads daily and often overproduce leads that go to waste if we can’t quickly move them.
If we are not able to move our "second position" leads retail or through our network of resellers, we make them available to our Lead Overage Members at a substantial discount through our lead share program to help offset our costs.
It is a win-win for both of us. We can pass on our volume discounts to you while you help assure us that we will always have buyers of our lead overage which allows us to generate higher amounts of leads further reducing the cost of the leads.
Are the leads sold more than once?
Yes, Like any lead company out there, the leads are sold more than once, on average between 2-3 times. However, unlike our competitors, we do not attempt to earn between 400% –500% on each lead. Rather, we pass on the savings to you because you are purchasing our lead overage.
Keep in mind, if you are purchasing leads that you believe are "exclusive" from another lead vendor, they typically are only exclusive to you for short amount of time. Furthermore, most people who are looking for an opportunity are responding to multiple ads online at the same time so they can compare different opportunities. This means several people may believe they have just purchased an exclusive lead where the reality is they will have several people contacting them from different sources.
This is why we firmly believe in providing as much value for the cost, which will allow our customers the ability to afford more people to contact. After all, network marketing is a numbers game. The more people you talk to you, the more good people you will find to join your opportunity.
Can I purchase more than 1 Share if my monthly autoship has already hit?
Yes, you can purchase additional shares at anytime by logging into you back office and make additional one time lead orders.
Can I earn additional shares by referring people who order silver or gold packages?
At this time, we are only awarding one additional share per person you refer to our program regardless of what package they purchase.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
There are no refunds after leads are sent to or posted in the members back office for download. After leads are posted for download, emailed or mailed via post office, UPS, FedEx, Airborne etc… the leads are considered "sent".
An exchange may be made on duplicates found within this batch order agreed upon today.
For Leads you attempt to email. The undeliverable rate varies from mailer to mailer, from server to server, from autoresponder to autoresponder due to various factors such as blockage, blacklisting, spam filtering software etc… Therefore your deliverability rate can change drastically from autoresponder to autoresponder, mailing server to mailing server. Lead Overage can not guarantee a deliverability rate nor can Lead Overage refund or replace undeliverables.
We will replace any leads that were not inline with the agreed upon "lead variables" found on the Insertion Order, description listed on our site or submitted lead order form.
We will not replace leads due to "lack of performance." Nor do we refund due to "lack of performance" of our leads. "Lack of Performance" is defined as a lack of expected or hopeful responses, inquiries, opens, deliverability or sales. Your results will vary depending on: your ad copy of your emails, your subject lines of your emails, your headlines and ad copy of your web site, the deliverability of your email sender, whether or not you checked your messages with spam filter rules (ISP's and email companies such as hotmail are continually making up new rules that will block delivery of your mail), your product, service or opportunity, market saturation of your product, service or opportunity, etc… Hence you can clearly see why there are many variables beyond lead quality that will drastically affect your response and sales rate from using our leads or any leads.
We do not claim or guarantee any sort of standard response rate. Although our clients, or we, may have had good results in the past, past performance does not guarantee future results. Hence there will be no refunds for "lack of performance." You agree by accepting this agreement that you will simply need to change your marketing approach for possible improved performance.
Can I specify which leads I receive each month?
Not at this time. Your Monthly "Second Position" Lead allotments will Vary Per Month according to what leads we have the largest surplus in. We will from time to time make available certain lead types in larger quantities for one-time co-op purchases.
Are the leads specific to my company?
The leads are generic business opportunity leads. If the leads you receive have been sold more than once, they will never go to people that are in the same company.
